New Client Area Registration

Signing up for the PCS Client Area


Welcome to the new PCS Client Area.  It is nothing fancy, just good information that is shared exclusively with PCS Clients.  To make this exclusive, we have used a web technology to require login to gain access to the site and documents.  You can get to the new PCS Client Area by going to it directly using the URL:


Or you can click on a link on our regular web site ( in the upper right corner where it has Client Login.  Note that this takes you to a completely different web site where the client specific information is hosted.  You will be presented with a web page that looks like the following:

Since this is a new site, you will need to create a new account. To do so, click on the link that says “Create new account”.  When you click on that link you will see a page like the following:

Go ahead and create a username and put in your email address and click the button “Create new account”.  After a short wait, you should receive the following screen:

You will also receive an email.  Note that the email may show up in your Junk or Clutter.  The email will be something like the following:

You will then wait until the PCS Web Site administrator receives and email and goes into the PCS Client Area and enables the new account.  When the new account is enabled, you will receive another email providing you with instructions on how to first login and set your password.  That email will look something like the following:

Next, you will want to click on the link in the email which will take you to the following screen:

Go ahead and click on the Log in button and you will get the following screen:

You must fill in the Password and Confirm password fields and meet the criteria that will be provided to you

  • Make it at least 6 characters

  • Add lowercase letters

  • Add uppercase letters

  • Add numbers

  • Add punctuation

You have the option to add a picture and a couple other features.  When you have completed the information, go to the bottom of the web page and click “Save”.  Your page will respond with “The changes have been saved” and you will be logged in (you can use the Client Area site!).  If you would like to test your login, you can click on the “Log out” link in the upper right portion of the screen and then use your newly set up information to log in.



Using the new Client Area Site


When you have successfully logged into the Client Area Site, you will be presented with the Client Area home page.  It looks like the following:

You can choose from the top navigation to go to:

  • Home – This will take you to the web site

  • Client Home – This will take you to this page (Client Area home page)

  • Applications and Services – This will take you to a page to get information about the different PCS applications and services, such as Connect, Insight, BI (Business Intelligence) and ITS (Information Technology Services).From that page you can register for a scheduled webinar or you can click on a link for each of the aforementioned products or services to get more details (documentation and saved webinars).

  • Newsletter – This will take you to a page where you can view previous newsletters.

  • Contact List – This is a PCS employee contact list

  • UGM – This link will only show up when the User Group Meeting is in the signup and just after the meeting to access information from the UGM.
